TechPatrol took over the Yale Appliance Group systems in late 2003 at which point the Yale main server was an over-taxed and inefficient piece of machinery that was frequently experiencing mysterious slow-downs and various technical problems that were impacting the smooth running of everyday business.
TechPatrol installed new server hardware and extending the mail limits on the Exchange Server 2003, the Yale Group system is currently under TechPatrol’s Advanced monthly maintenance program and the system is operating at its peak, with key performance indicators like daily backup jobs, CPU capacity on server, Exchange database size, and more being monitored daily by our remote network monitoring system.
Now Yale can get back to their primary business with no hassles and no ongoing technical issues disrupting business activities.
